Prue is the oldest daughter of Patty Halliwell and Victor Bennett. She is headstrong and very protective of her younger sisters. She is closest to Piper whom she considers her best friend. She took then fiance, Roger's part over her baby sister, Phoebe, when Roger claimed that Phoebe tried to seduce him, putting further strain on a relationship already strained due in part to the way they were raised.
Prue only survived three seasons on the show before she was killed by Shax. Due to things behind the scenes Prue was mentioned, but never seen, even as a ghost, after that. In the comics she was revived in the form of taking over the body of a comatose witch, whose body has now come to be her own. She is now the guardian of the nexus of the all and not allowed to leave.
Of course the version of Prue you have in your fanfics doesn't have to follow all of this. If she is Prue, then she belongs her reguardless of where your stories take her. Try to get your own unique picture of Prue (be it Shannen Doherty, Emmalee Thompson, or someone else to represent Prue as seen in the comics) to show off what makes her unique to your story. Pictures from the show (or comics if you wish) are prefered, but not required. Just make sure the picture you use is something that is all right to upload here.
